Basic Ingredients: Pork Chops, brown sugar, chili powder, and salt.
Outcome: Aside from burning them slightly (I purposely put the slightly charred side on the plate side in the picture:)), it turned out really well. I usually make pork chops with just a simple cracked black pepper and salt rub and then either stick it on a pan or on the grill. But this was simple and still delicious. I’m a big fan of making dishes with ingredients generally in my cupboard.
The brown sugar evens out the potential spiciness of the chili powder and I added in a dash of cracked black pepper as well.
